◤Our "Deep Dive" theme this year, will take attendees on an immersive journey through four sponsored, ocean-themed zones. Tours begin with a flyover video highlighting the latest commercial real estate properties throughout Southern Nevada.
◤Learn about new office, industrial, retail, mixed use, multifamily and special use developments throughout the valley.
◤You'll be assigned to a virtual bus at registration and will travel through four sponsored zones.
◤Tours begin with a room sponsor presentation and fly over video of each zone
◤Attendees will gain valuable market insights and hear firsthand commentary on featured properties from our expert broker tour guides and municipalities. Interactive Q&A sessions will follow and attendees will travel to the next zone.
◤An expansive exhibitor hall is open before and after the tours, along with a closing reception with exceptional networking opportunities and exciting raffle prizes

EVENT SCHEDULE
1:30 pm Registration, networking, exhibits, games & photo booth
2:00 pm Welcome announcements
2:20 pm 'Buses' load and travel to rooms
2:30 pm Tours begin in each of our 4 themed rooms rotating each 30 minutes
4:30 pm Reception, heavy appetizers, drink ticket, exhibits, games & photo booth
5:30 pm approximately Sponsor prize drawings followed by the grand prize
6:00 pm Event concludes
